VOLUNTARY LEAVE FROM UK

Post by jiyachauhan99 » Wed Jul 01, 2015 9:54 pm

DEAR MEMBERS,
I have my appeal dismissed on refusal of student visa, I want to leave uk voluntary. Do I need to write them a letter regarding this? i still have right for upper tribunal but don't want to go for that. Are they going to give me time limit? how much time will i get?
thank you in advance

Yes, you have to inform UKVI of your intention.

Chances are they will keep your passport and will
Only release on the day of your departure.

It usually takes few week to arrange the documents
before you can travel back home.
