student visa refusal challenge after 2 yrs

my tier 4 visa was refused b'cos they said bank details on my son's form was incorrect,as such they could not withdraw his application fee and my application was invalid.I did Human rights application together with my 4 dependents which was refused.
I 've got a new solicitor who says I was not treated fairly by the HO because I had the maintenance fee in my bank account. He has written for my case (2012)to be re-opened for consideration and he sent a copy of my bank statement at the time.

After a long battle, I have now been granted a reconsideration.
