Hi Hussain,

Thanks for the list of the documents above.

I see you have submitted the print out of the PBS Tier 2 page for English learning for both of you, so what did you enter in the section 4, question 4.3 of the form where they are asking what documents you have submitted for proving english language.

also there is a similar question in section 12 (Knowledge of language and life in the UK, page 67)

Also one more question, is the absence from the UK only applicable for main applicant. or even for the dependant we have to that the depandants date.

Please advise, sorry for too many questions.

Also is it ok if you are Tier 1 (General) and you take a print out of PBS tier2 page for English Learning.

I had ticked marked the below for myself and my partner -
4.3
- LIUKT
- An academic qualification deemed by UK NARIC to meet the recognised standard of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or PhD in the United Kingdom and:
- UK NARIC has confirmed that the qualification was taught or researched in English; or

I had ticked marked
- A Life in the UK test pass notification letter; and
- A relevant speaking and listening qualification, as described in the guidance on our website

Also read - https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... _v17_0.pdf

Yes. it clearly reads on page 32;

You can accept that a person has a relevant qualification if they provide a printout from the points-based calculator, confirming the equivalent level of the degree, and that it was taught or researched in English. The printout must show the degree has been awarded 10 points for English language.

Hi Hussain,

Do we need only one copy of SET(O) form for main applicant and dependant ?

I see you have mentioned one form, thought dependant need to fill a separate copy of SET(O) form
