Earliest day to apply for ILR

Hi friends,

My visa expires on 4th Aug 2015 and I complete 5 years residence in UK. What is the earliest date I can book for appointment at PEO ? Is it 7th July or 8th July

08th July should be fine..

However i would suggest to apply on 9th or 10th instead of applying at neck of 28 days.

You can apply on or after 07/07/2015.

Anyway, its counted from the start date of your visa to 28 days before you finish your 5 years.
