SET(O) FORM SECTION 5.2 Urgent Request

Hi All,
I need your urgent help in answering question on set(o) from section 5.2 ( home and finance)
i tried called home office but no one is picking.

my husband has already got his ILR last year and i am applying next week from tier-2 general migrant

I live in house which i son my husband name and full mortgage is paid by him.
council tax, water and electricty is paid by my account

Section 5 - Your home and finances

i will be chosoing below option as house i live is owned by my husband

Owned or rented by a relative or friend?

Now i am confused about 5.2
5.2 Do you or your partner, or both, pay any rent or mortgage for your home?

what should i write in this --Yes or No ?

Does partner mean person who is applying as dependent along with me or is it generally meant by husband/wife.
since my husband is not applying with me so want expert advise what to write in this section.

Partner = husband or wife.

5.2 you answer yes, because you or your partner PAY a mortgage.

On what basis did your husband get ILR - 5 years Tier 2 or 10 years long residence?

House Is on my husband name and he is paying full mortgage.council tax,water and electricity is going from my bank account..he brought this house in jan 2015,before that we were living in rented accommodation where I was paying full rent.

Additionally what should I write under --how much do you pay for mortgage under section 5.2.should I write here zero since my contribution to current mortgage is zero.so please guide what to write in this section .my husband got pr from tier2 on 5year residence.thanks for guidance..looking forward for reply
