Post by Hasan1277 » Fri Jul 03, 2015 4:53 pm

Dear All,

Your kind assistance is needed.

I have come to the UK in September 2010 to study at Middlesex Uni ans successfully did my BA(hons) in 2012. I wanted to do something in Accounting/finance related and upon a suggestion i started ACCA but could not finish it. now we are in July 2015, and i want to get admission in Msc Accounting at Middlesex Uni but dont know if i would be allowed by UKBA.

Please assist me. I will really appreciate it.

Hasan

There is a 5-year cap on study at degree level with a Tier 4 visa. It seems highly likely that any new Tier 4 application would take you over it. You can do the calculation here, or just ask Middlesex Uni.

Thank you for your advise. I went to Uni and they have calculated it for me and told me i still have 12 months which would be sufficient.

Many thanks once again.

Dear memebers''Need urgent help please''

Post by Hasan1277 » Fri Jul 10, 2015 6:28 pm

Dear Members,

I have been offered a place at Middlesex Uni in Msc Accounting course. My tier 4 history is that i have done BA(hons) INternational Business from Middlesex after which i started ACCA but could not finish it and just cleared a few exams. I know this Msc course would be my last course as a student as i only have left with 12 months under that '5 years CAP rule''. However i am just wondering if i would be called in for interview by UKBA? if so, then what sort of questions i should expect?

In terms of my academic progression, I have done BA (hons) but was not really good at ACCA. The only good thing is that i am going back to previous Uni for this Msc course. I will highly appreciate your any help in this regard.

Many thanks in advance.

If you are called for an interview it will be about your credibility. The International Student Advisers at Middlesex can advise.
