Eligibility for Tier 2 Intra Company Transfer Skill transfer

Hi Team,
Requesting you to kindly clarify the below question:
I have traveled to UK on Tier 2 Intra Company transfer short term staff migrant visa with validity for 11 months on 10-Nov-2013 and exit from UK on 28-Sep-2014. Now I have changed to another company and they are applying for Tier 2 Intra company transfer skill transfer visa with 6 months validity. Am I eligible to apply for Tier 2 ICT skill transfer visa? In this case do I need to serve the cooling period outside UK to get eligibility under skill transfer visa? If not eligible under Skill transfer Visa are there any other alternative Visa's under ICT category to apply to enter UK.
