My Question is if I go for same day service for ILR and after getting ilr can i apply for extension for my dependants as they still have to wait till oct 2018 for ilr. Or if i have ilr then it will be spouse visa for them and their 5 year circle will start from zero.

They can continue to extend the current Tier 1 Dep visas until they qualify for ILR. There is no need to switch to FLR(M) unless you obtain ILR based on 10 years long residence.
