business plan

hi

please can anybody advise that business plan need any accountant signature ? because i am thinking to do business plan myself. Also i don't know the forecast so obviously my accountant do next 2 years projection, so accountant signatory is necessary? please advise briefly about business plan...

please reply as soon as possible because i have only 10 days left to apply entrepreneur tier 1(PSW).
