UK visitor to Enterpreneur Visa with 50,000 inestment

Hi

I have been asked this question by a friend of mine from Pakistan who regularly visit UK to see his British brother.

Can he apply for Entrepreneur Visa if he invest £50,000 as self employed by buying a Grocery Store in partnership with his British brother who will invest £20,000 of the total sum the rest £30,000 will be transferred from Pakistan?

Under 50k isnot possible is under 200k meeting the criteria in addition to investment. Your friend and his british brother should read policy/guidance to measure their suitability if an investment upto 200k available and can be invested.
