salary of director issue ?

salary of director issue ?

As i have been the director of my company and my business is book keeping ( account manager ) in my company . will i have to compulsory get the salary equal to nqf level 4( which is £22000) or its upto me i can get as much as i can ?

Any salary you want...but remember it do not count as investment

As we are a new start up I decided not to take my salary until I make a decent revenue. Will this cause an issue ? Please help

I take it ur on the 50k route... Take the salary (obviously you have personal expenses),even it ends up as savings let it add up and give the company a directors loan/ re invest it back.. Ur concern really shouldn't be the revenue as no business is expected to start making profits or income immediately but expenses will begin from the first minute..hope that helps..
