Cardiff / Liverpool , which one is better ?

hi,

i do understand that all visa centres for ILR Same day (Set O) follow almost same function/procedures. But i am sure there must be feedback based upon centre to centre ? i plan to book either Liverpool or Cardiff, just wanted if anyone can share their experiences.

I share my experience still if you haven't booked your appointment.
I have been to Cardiff Home office for my ILR. It is nice location with new sofas in the first floor, not much crowd and got an approval within an hour. Really, I have no idea about Liverpool Home office.
