Hi guys, I am currently applying for my UK Tier 4 Student Visa but encountered the problem as mentioned above. On 24/07/2015, after paying for my IHS, I received a transaction confirmation email. I was informed that I would be sent my IHS reference number soon but it did not happened.
The IHS portal also went offline suddenly right after I completed my IHS payment. It remained offline for around one day. After it went online, I discovered that I had to rebook my visa appointment again. Furthermore I had to pay for my IHS again! Even I wanted to pay for my IHS again and ask for a refund later, it was not possible. This was because the page shows that there is a technical error.
