You'll need to give more information/background on your boyfriend's immigration history.

Hi, he from Sri Lanka, been here 9 years goes every month to sign @ local police station, never been in trouble with the police we have a 1 year old daughter, he. Was given a immigration act 1971 notification to a person who is liable to be detained last time he sign,

It says you are a person who is liable to be detained because

a, your r a person without leave who has been served with a notice of liability to removal. He's got to go on Tuesday
