Not received biometric/acknowlege letter (Tier 2 extension)

Hi,

I posted all my material on 29/7 and it is received according to royal mail on 30/7.
I heard nothing since then. No any acknowledgement letter nor biometric enrollment letter.
Is there a way to contacted them to confirm they received my application or if it is in process?
I contacted the number on the UKVI website and it seems they only able to see application that is outside standard duration?
Any help is appreciated

Be patient!
It can take a month for acknowledgement and more for biometrics enrollment letter to be received.
