UK Tier 5 work permit for dependent visa

Hi,
My wife would be working in UK soon on Tier 5 visa as part of IDP - International Doctors Program. I would be travelling UK on dependent visa. Is Tier 5 Dependent eligible to work in UK? Any special requirements?
