ILR - Tier 1 (General) and dependant

Post by tiptop » Mon Aug 24, 2015 5:33 am

Hello sir,
My wife has her visa issued from Pakistan in April 2012 and she entered in UK on 17th July 2012. I am going for my ILR on basis of 5 years on tier 1 general in Oct 2015 . Can she apply indefinite leave to remain in UK with me. Experts and friends please advice and many thanks in advance for your time and energy.

Yes, as long as she has two years residence in the UK.

Page 62 of the FLR(M) Form - (Click) gives good examples of cohabitation documents as a guidance.
