Apply EEA Family Permit when holding Tier 2 ICT work permit

Hello All,

I have recently got tier 2 work permit given to me from my company and I am currently working in the UK with the same under my employer. My spouse is a EEA national and also currently residing in the UK. I want to apply for EEA family permit ans well.
I wanted to know if i can apply for EEA family permit while also holding a Tier 2 ICT long term Visa.
Any information will be much appreciated.
