Help needed for visa extension please!!

Hi Guys. I got my entrepreneur visa in October 2014 and my and extension is coming up in october 2016 and i was just a bit concerned about a few things as they are quite vague in the policy guidelines. I have heard a few things so if someone could clarify them please i would be really grateful:
1. Investment of 50K needs to be done atleast 1 year before the extension?
2. The business needs to show profits in all 3 years?
3. Part time employee needs to show 30 hours in total?

Kindly let me know if the above statements are correct or not and if so den some details on it please. Thanks a lot

You have 3 years to invest 50K.

Profit or loss Doesn't matter as per the guidance.

For those who apply for entry clearance or switch into the route from 6 April 2014, the
employment must:
 be for at least 2 separate jobs
 exist for at least a full 12 months each

Thanks for the reply. Can you please advise- How can we submit the 3 years account.

For e.g. I have got Tier 1 entrepreneur in May-2013 and I have got visa on basis of self employed. I registered my LTd company in june so my accountant made my first account covering June, 30th 2013 to juen -2014 and so on 2nd year will be from 30th- june-2014 to june2015.

AGain when my extension will be in may and my 3rd yeat account will be from june-2015 to may2016 and it will be less than 3 years time period of accounts. Do you think is it ok to show accounts from june 2013 to may-2016 which is a 1 month less or so to complete 3 years but by the time my 50k will be defo invested.

Dear you can provide un audited account uptil you can, for the remaining duration you can provide management accounts.

thanks a lot for the clarification. in regards to part time employees, i have received my visa before 6th april 2014 so i guess this policy does not apply on us, so what about part time employees that i had initially wen i started my business in 2013, does it have to cover 30 hours a week even if its part time?
