Change in physical appearance

Hi All,

I have a question about changes in person's physical appearance. I recently got my Tier 4 (student) visa. I'll be having a mole surgery on my face this week for health reasons so I'll look slightly different than the photo I have on my passport and VISA (My current face/photo is that I have a small mole near the left side of my nose. By the time I arrived in the UK, it should be gone with a slight scar I guess). I am going to travel abroad in a month's time so do you think this change in my appearance will cause any problem ? Please advise.
