So you mean you are going to claim asylum because you don't quite like where you live?

Pathetic, the asylum process is for genuine sufferers of which we see plenty at the moment and all you will be doing it bunging up the system for real people in real peril, perhaps costing lives.

Anyway UK is pretty wise now to people like you, so think on.

Hi
Came to UK in 2007 on student visa and my kids joined in 2011
I claimed asylum based on genuine reason back in country where I got convicted and sentenced 3 years in prison
After several adjoining and withdrawal home office refused the case the convicted reason was due to my fault according to home office
So therefore cannot get entitled for human rights
Where in the case I was being trying to persecuted by the corrupt authorities but finally I was unfortunately prosecuted
I have appealed against and waiting for hearing date

How much strong this case is?
Prison conditions are against human rights
Am I entitled for the long stay 10 years??
Thanks

10 years long stay is for legal residence only.

Though you'd already applied for asylum and been refused?
