Pakistan spouse visa approved but not received

My wife and son visa approved and my wife only got son passport visa we have contacted irish consulate many time but they say they don't have any confirmation from dublin yet even though visa is approved both visas submitted at same time.
And i can't reach dublin visa office over the phone yhey never answer.
What should I do? Who should i contact for help before my son visa expires..

I emailed them and they told me to contact irish consulate for issuance of visa and i am calling irish consulate every day they saying different story that they didn't received any confirmation from dublin visa office yet and today they said they technical issue now i don't know i should believe irish consulate or not no one there to give professional info on this issue neither depart of justice and irish consulate. No professionalism.
I wrote registered letter to dept of justice as well i didn't get anything on this letter yet...
Should i get help from solicitors.?
Is there anyone in same situation.

Yeah it is good thing thanks for your reply buddy.
But this is strange. My collected son's passport from gerrys almost 2 weeks ago both visas approved on 28th of july.
But do think its take 2 weeks from the day dublin send confirmation to irish consulate? Or 2 weeks from date of approval how this thing works mate?

Yeah it is like that because my friend got his visa approval on 5th of may but consulate got the confirmation on 19th of may so do not worry that is how they do.
