Post by firoz365 » Sun Jul 19, 2015 7:44 pm

Hi,
I am going to apply for ILR in Sep 2015. My wife first entered UK in Sep 2012. She has not completed 5 years yet .My query is - Is there any qualifying period of duration for ILR dependents ?
How long she will have to be in UK before she can go for ILR ?
Many Thanks In Advance

The length of qualifying residence period for settlement depends on the date of initial application as PBS dependant.
