Express entry list of professions

Hi All

I have acquired British citizenship and would now like to apply for immigration to Canada. Please can anyone reply to following points

1) do I have to give IELTS?
2) as I am married, does it mean my wife/child gets qualified if I qualify?
3) I have got masters in business but am currently working in a bank and got 7 yrs experience - list of professions does not list bank clerks, does it matter or can I still apply?

Please advice guys.. Thanks
