Regarding sponsor in UK applying another UK visitor visa

Post by niki86 » Fri Sep 04, 2015 10:40 am

Hi,

My partner is on Tier 1 General visa and I am on dependent visa(working full-time,so have bank statements and salary slips).
Recently, my husband sponsored his parents in Aug for visitor visa from India and we got their visitor visa.
Now we are thinking of applying visitor visa for my mother from India in Sep.

In terms of increasing chances of getting my mother's visa,
-->Is it ok if my husband again sponsor's her visit to Uk or should I sponsor her visit?
But in either case,London flat address and flat docs will be same.
Only difference will be in bank statement and job and salary slip.
-->Is their a high possibility that if my husband sponsor's my mother, then the visa for my mother will not be granted since he ahs already sponsored his parents visitor visa and two people(my in-laws) have already been given visa?
-->But in terms of all house rent, house bills like electricity, etc, council tax,all reflect in my husband's bank account .

Any suggestions is much appreciated.

Thanks,
N
