UK T1E Ext: Documents Submitted

We are applying as a team, my team member is also my friend and we have kept our investment of 200000 in a joint account. We both received the investment as a gift from our parents.

The maintenance amount is kept separately in our personal accounts.

Kindly let us know if we have missed any crucial information or document.

please make sure you get a letter from any accountant if possible stating that he verifies that you have the amount available to invest on his letter head and stamped as well

Thank you for a prompt reply. We haven't form a company right now as we are applying from outside of UK.

Do we still have to get letter from accountant? We already have joint affidavit stating that money is available for investment and freely transferable to UK.

We got the Visa, but the interview was a big hassle as the interpreter was mandatory and he was no good as his English as worse than ours.

The covered almost an entire business plan, focused mainly on Financial plan and tried to determine why are we interested in going to UK.
We did provided basis of all the calculations and provided substantial evidence that our business is authentic.
They inquired about how and where did we get the investment, inquired about what are the projections of first year and later years.
Business competitors and nature of the business and more importantly why do we think we will be successful in UK but not in our own country.

From April it is mandatory to keep the investment money of £200,000 in a bank account mutually shared by both investors for a atleast 90 days.

Sorry for the late response, no business transactions shall be made in that account. The account must only be for the purpose of keeping an investment. If there is another team member than account shall be shared with the team member as well.

Hi all,

I am preparing documents for extension and I intend to apply for an extension by 22nd of August. I transferred money from my personal bank account overseas to a personal account in UK. Then transferred the investment to the business account.

When preparing the proof for the investment I have following questions regarding how should I answer the question to satisfy CW.

1. Business Bank Statement:
Should I include a full bank statement or just the part where I transferred investment from the personal account(UK)?

2. Investment transferred from Personal Bank Statement(UK) to Business Bank Statement:
Do I have to include the transactions in a bank statement related to an investment transferred to the Business Bank Account?

3. Personal Bank Account (Overseas) to Personal Bank Account (UK)
Is there a requirement to provide transactions related to when I transferred money from overseas to UK as the proof of investment?

Hi all,

One of my employees do not have employee NI card alternative to that I have:
Copy of self-assessment
Employer ID
Starter checklist (p46).

Can I use anyone of the alternative or it has to be employee NI Card?

There is no such requirement to send any of those documents for your extension. Have you read the Tier 1E guide ????!

May I ask a very basic question. If you apply ext as a team, do you send all the documents in one package, or you need to send 2 separate applications, and they see them as 2 different cases?
