Here is a draft of the Immigration Bill 2015.

Not sure what the goverment is hoping to achieve.

Probably needs to have its head checked.

It is failing to realise that it is signatory to the ECHR.

More information on the progress of the Immigration Bill 2015 and lobbying members of the House of Lords in this thread.

The critical analysis of the Bill by the Constitution Committee of the House of Lords is also worth reading. It points out significant concerns on human rights and other legal grounds.
