Sorry if it sounds like a stupid question, I have tried to search for it but its all too confusing.

I am a British national. If I move to US and get a Green Card via employment route, when can I apply for a US green card for my parents?
any links you can provide will be helpful.

Apart from US is there any other countries which allow parents to join their permanent/naturalised citizens?

You cannot apply for your parents until you become a US citizen, I presume that will take you 5 years.
