Medical coverage for visiting parents - pre-existing condi

Hi,

I am a green card (GC) holder for the US and plan to bring my parents on a 6 month visit. I know I can apply for their GC till I become a citizen. My main concern is their medical coverage.

My mom is 79 and my dad is 80 and they have pre-existing conditions. Does anyone know what the best plans would be for their coverage? They are based from New Zealand?
