Tier 1 to ILR - English language evidence

Hi,
I am applying for ILR and have aquestion regarding the evidense required for english language requirement.
as per the guidelines, a printout of the PBS calculator and the original degree certificate is required for the evidence for the english language requirement.

I had already submitted the same degree certificate as part of my Initial Tier1 application. do I need to send my original certificate again? or just the printout of PBS would be enough?

PBS print out should be sufficient
