Two entrepreneur Partners

Hello Gurus,

Need your Advice Urgently!

I applied my tier1 50k route individually and one of my friend got visa with his partner. Now we are starting business together my investment would be 50k and his 25k.

My question is: 1) if we show 2 employees in last year does it work for me? because my partner will get the ilr on 10 years long residency before his visa finish.

2) or will they split employees as per partnership (policy guide)?
