Student visa tier4 can apply FLRO

I have got 60 days letter from home office.
My leave expires on 4th of October 2015. I'm waiting for my results from awarding body, hope fully I can get it by 24th of September 2015, after that I will have only few days to apply for university or college to get new CAS.

My question is if I can not get CAS on time can I apply FLRO.plese guide me.

why did they curtail your leave?did u you finish your course early

My previous College was revoked. Home office gave me 5 days to send new CAS or Appeal against this decision.
After winning Appeal i have got 60 days permission letter.

In mean while i was studding part time and now waiting for results. No college or university will give you CAS with out awarding body's progression.

now I'am waiting for results and only few days left to get new CAS most of universities admissions are closed.

i will have only few days to find college or university.

It seems unlikely that you will be offered a place and a CAS for this academic year. I would advise you leave the UK on or before 4 October 2015, and plan for a new Tier 4 application for perhaps 2015/16 academic year.

A Tier 4 sponsor may doubt your credibility, and it seems they may have a point.

Under what grounds? Student was never a path to ILR so you can't argue Yooman Rights.

Maybe seek a T2 sponsor, after 9 years of studying you must be a genius by now?
