Tier1 £200k or £50kventure capital

Hello gurus,

I would like to know your opinion. I am currently on tier 2. My company is no more on UKba list, lucky I haven't received curtailment letter till date.

MY Question
1) apply for £200k as third part sponsored (have third party)
OR
2) apply for £50k as venture capital (business-consultation model). I have got approval from venture capital registered with FSA.

Please note my sponsor is not on list & also before applying tier 2 my tier 1 £50k was refused. I was then on PSW.

It would be great if anyone can guide me what is more likely to be approved.

SORRY FORGOT TO MENTION OPTION 3

3) tier 2 £200k as a team but the fund would be in his account only & he is ready to give me NOC that the money is for business investment. (I have seen few refusal in this case hence avoiding it ).
