i-797B notice Of action - Approval notice

Hi,

I have I-797B notice of action approval notice processed by employer A which was revoked by the same employer after I resigned. Above approval notice issued in 2010 December valid until June 2012 and the same was not stamped as H1B visa. Can I use the same petition now and file a new H1B petition under CAP exemption ? Until how long the above petition will be valid to file a new petition under CAP exemption ?

The USCIS status says the Revocation Notice was sent to the employer A on March 28,2014.
