marriage registration in UK

I come to the question

I am here in UK on Tier 1 Entreprenuer visa. My fiancE is Morocco National and residing in France
on student visa.

I want to get married in the UK and apply PBS (Tier 1 Dependant) dependant visa


How can we make it possible ?
She has visited UK several times on visit visa
can we register our marriage when shes here on visit visa ?

She will need to apply for a 'marriage visitor visa' if she want to marry in the UK. She will then have to leave and apply for Tier 1 Ent dependent visa from her country of residence.

i have confusion about ......
-proof of your future plans for the relationship, eg documents to show where you’ll live
and
-details of where you intend to stay and your travel plans - you shouldn’t pay for accommodation or travel until you get your visa
my question is.....
what is better if i do hotel booking or she must stay at mine and what else future plans i can provide
