visiting Belfast Stamp 4eufam

Post by masterboy123 » Sun Nov 01, 2015 9:59 am

Hi,

I know for visiting England people holding stamp 4eufam would need to apply for family permit.
But is it possible if person holding stamp 4eufam could travel with EU spouse from Dublin to Belfast for few days?

Many thanks

You can travel with your EU spouse if you have the residence card issued under article 10 and you will have to bring your marriage/ birth certificate and passport with you in case boarder control officers examine you..

Many thanks for the info.

This is update from April 2015. I didn't know this.

I hope stamp 4eufam comes under article 10 card.

If you have applied under the EU law then it must be article 10 card!

Hi Kunfaya,

We travelled to Belfast from Dublin in our car.
There was no real border so nobody asked me for any documents, although we carried passports, marriage certificate and my 5 years stamp4eufam.
Once in Belfast we visited nearby places also, nobody stopped us.
It all went smooth :)
