Eu1 help please

Post by San001 » Sun Nov 15, 2015 9:12 pm

Hey everyone
I am married here uk and I need help for my sister please!
My sister is in Uk since more than 10 years but yet She don't have any legally status here, She was leaving with my brother who is British citizen and know my brother has move down to Ireland but he is still supporting her financial here too in UK , he is leaving there in Ireland almost 5 months; he got a house rented ,pps number, he has got job and a bank account.
By reading all the information here She can travel to Belfast and joined him there is Southern Ireland Dublin.

Please can someone help me what application is best for her there and what will be easier way to get a status there.

I would appreciate if someone can help me please.

Thanks x

If she is a Permitted family member within the meaning of Regulation then she may succeed.

Hey Obie,
Thanks ever so much for your reply.

Yes she is a permitted family member., however I am bit confused what application is good for her to place there and what document she may needed.

Thanks once again

It depends on the nature of her case and the existence of a genuine relationship of Dependency or Household membership.
