Payslips for employee

Dear Forum Members,
Can anyone please advise me about the following:
1)- Can you pay your employee by cash but having proper pay slips?
2)- can you pay from your personal bank account instead of your business bank account?
3)- what proofs are required to show that you have employed people other than wage slips and their passport or ILR document?
4) can you generate payslips weekly/monthly or even for three months period?

Yes you can pay in cash

You can pay through personal bank account if you are sole trader or in partnership etc. But if its a ltd company you directly cant do it with that ease. In that case there is a procedure to follow

You can do weeklay or monthly but you cant go over a month
