Landlord will not register with the PRTB, EU1 Application

I heard PRTB letter is not essential for EU Treaty Rights application for Stamp 4 EUFam. A letter from the landlord or co-tenant along with a utility bill is sufficient

We have a tenancy agreement but the landlord will not register with he PRTB. :evil:

What to do?

I don't know if I should attach a letter explaining this.

its not a big deal,just get a letter from your letter to say that you are living at that address plus some utility bill which is on his name.

I heard that if the landlord lives in the same house then PRTB registration is not needed. Otherwise PRTB letter is essential.
Have you got your Stamp 4 EUFam?
I applied for EU1 and still waiting.

If the people you are sharing with are all tenants, PRTB is needed. This is my understanding.
