what options should I select while applying JOIN/ACC EU CIT

can some body advise me

while applying for a short term visa c when you are traveling with your eu citizen, which option should be selected

I am confused i.e non eu family member of eu cit OR VISIT

Hello Wish,

You have to select "Family member of EU/EEA/Swiss cit (spouse)" and you can see there is a box for the "purpose of travel" where you can mention about you will be accompanying or joining with your EU spouse.
