Tier 2 (General) TO Tier 4 Student

Can I convert to Tier 4 Student on below circumstances ?
- I've been on Student visa from Nov/2006 to Nov/2011 (5 years total), And I've been on Tier 2 (General) from Nov/2011 to Nov/2015.
- I've done MBA in in 2011 from London, UK.

Any particular reason why you can't stay on Tier 2 G as you likely qualify for ILR next year on either 5 years or 10 years long residence.

My Sponsor's license has been revoked, and I've got the curtailment letter that's expiring in December, I've got my wife here with me too.
Some friends are advising me that, I should apply FLR (O), or FLR (FP). But I've heard, that they are not giving appeal right any more on FLR applications.

To study what? And starting when? And what level were your previous studies?

To Study level 8, for Jan 16 Session. I was on level 7 before, as I've done MBA here in London.
