Got two letters from UKVI

Hello,

I've received two letters on the same day: one says I should post my documents before a certain date, and the other says I should provide my biometrics info at a post office.
I am puzzled as to what to do. Can anyone help?

Tried to phone UKVI - no luck.

Post your documents and provide biometrics at the post office.

I posted them a few weeks ago, sorry forgot to include this info. I do not have my docs i.e. passport and photo on me. I have the proof of signature for delivery from Post Office tracking system. Any suggestions what to do...

Do your biometrics. Ignore the letter about sending the documents, because obviously you have sent them already.
