Urgent please.. ILR due very soon

Hi Guys,

Please gurus/experts need some urgent help.

I went on annual leave for two weeks 3 years ago but fell sick and extended my leave to three weeks. My company didn't ask for the medical certificate but deducted my one week pay on sick leave. Can experts please advice is this a problem because if I get absence letter from the employer they might not mention it was annual leave as it was part annual and part unpaid sick. (Tier 1 G)

Shouldn't be a problem for tier 1 g but tier 2 g will be affected.

I am a bit confused about obtaining a letter from ex-employer ..reading the forum its best to have it at PEO but in my case the letter will say paid annual leave and unpaid sick leave. Could you please advise best solution in my case ?

Just wanted to confirm, getting income from salary and dividends from my ltd company be counted as single source of income or two sources of income i.e, salaray as one source and dividends another or is it single source because coming from same ltd company ?

This relates to question A5 of SET (O) form..
