19th November Rule and Master Degree UK

Post by h200123 » Wed Nov 25, 2015 9:14 am

Hi All,

I am on Tier 1 general and applying ILR on Jan 2016. I have some confusion on the new rule of English language from 19th Nov. I used my Master degree from UK as an English requirement on my Tier 1 extensions. My question is, for ILR do I need to sit for the English test or I can use my UK Master degree as 19th Nov rules say that those who relying on English qualifications must need to take test SELT in the home office approved test centers.

Thanks

You can use your Master's degree.

Ok Thanks.
I also checked there is an option of Degree taught in English in the new set O form.
Thanks
