Visa Checking service?

Post by Mr Green » Sat Nov 28, 2015 1:57 pm

Is there a service i can use to check all my documents to make sure they are correct. i am applying for this visa https://www.gov.uk/join-family-in-uk/apply on behalf of my fiance who is Chinese. i asked on this forum before and they said i wouldnt need to pay a NHS surcharge but i spoke to a immigration lawyer and they said i would need to pay it along with the visa fee and another £1200 for there services which i turned down because i cant afford to pay more than £2500 for that.

If anybody knows any Visa checking service that can check i have everything i need before please let me know.

The majority of reputable OISC registered Immigration Advisors or solicitors practising in immigration law, offer a document checking service for a reasonable fee.

The links Vinny provided in the thread below might be helpful.

Thanks for the links, i have contacted a couple of them already and it seems the prices are extortionate. for the checking service it ranges from £500-1000 and then for them to help you process the application its £900-1500. i only want somebody to check all the documents and tell me if they will suffice and if they think i am missing anything etc.
