U.S B2 visa on uk spousal visa / dependant visa

I'm a UK citizen but my wife is here on a spouse visa, we are trying to take 3 weeks holiday in the U.S (Chicago). She has applied for the visa and has been denied with a 214 code, she stated the interviwer didnt look at any of the documents she brought. there a way I can apply for her on my behalf and that she will be returning with me at the end of our holiday. Pls help.

214 seems to have a few sub sections so what does the refusal letter actually say?

How long has your spouse been in the UK on a spouse visa?

She will have to qualify for a visa on her own, you can't do it 'on her behalf' unfortunately.
