exceptionally complex case.....

Post by ifco » Mon Nov 02, 2015 7:04 pm

please help!!! i got an email today from T4SSX (homeoffice). it says --------Thank you for your application for permission to stay in the UK.

Although we would normally decide your application within eight weeks from the date it was submitted, unfortunately this is not going to be possible in your case.

This is because your application raises exceptionally complex issues and we require further time to consider your case thoroughly and reach a decision.
i cancelled my admin review and made a new tier4 application. i have not received any letter for biometrics but got this email....
does this mean that i will not do biometrics again?

It is a standard automated reply from HO and that they can't process your application in line with their timelines etc.

Thank you for your kind response @CR001. it is unbelievable that I received an email of this nature when I have not even received a biometric letter. An online tier4 application was made on the 10th of September and up till now no NEWS!!!! and then this email. any idea about this?

I have received the same email. I went there to consult the advisor in university and they said, "not all students get these mail. However, if the need to ask any question, we will let you know". Pls tell if any of you have an update related to your cases... Also, does this mean anything adverse?

Hi all,
It has been a wonderful, helpful forum during this period. I have received my visa on the 21/12/2015. No interview was conducted, God was really faithful at every step on the way.
Thank you again. I wish you guys Gods intervention as well. :) :)
