Tier 1 entrepreneur 50k extension applicant 2015 please join

I got my visa back in october 2013 with my partner by registering a new company.but from april 2015 we same
Entrepreneur team partners joined an aleady existing business as directors and closed down the previous company
We invested 50k into this new business as a share capital
And are employing people.
My question is do i need to inform HO about this change.
We are working at level 4.
Another question is the company we took over had a few part time employees more like trainees only whos jobs were finished before the date we took over according to HO guidance policy we should create net jobs..so do you think me and my partner being on payroll cover the jobs which were terminated before we joined the business and on top we have recruited 2 new people. Would they consider the hours me and my partner work equivalent to the hours worked by the trainees or employees who were part time in the last year before we joined the business or do i have to hire people first to cover those lost jobs and then on top of them create more new jobs.

hi i have to apply for extension for tier 1 enterpreneur visa in sep 2015 but if i dont meet the requirements which is (create two full time job for year) is there any other way i can extend my visa ????
please help

It's compulsory for extension so there is no way around.

Could anyone please confirm if self assessment is required to be submitted by applicant if he/she is directors and is not taking any allowances/benefits other than minimum wages for director (£671/month)

Would appreciate any response.

As a director of a company, you are legally required to file yearly self-assessment to HMRC when you receive any benefits from your company, even if you get min wage. You do not need to send this with your visa application as it has nothing to do with immigration laws but HO usually checks with HMRC to see if you submitted your self-assessments when you apply for ILR.

I am on 50K route and my extension is due in March 2016.

can anyone please confirm if it is a requirement to submit 3 years accounts to HO?

in my case (visa dates: March 2013 - March 2016), I transferred 50K into my business account in fiscal year 2014 - 2015 which has now been spent in full by the company. In my opinion, we only have to submit the accounts including the time when investment was made and also when it was spent by the company.

Please correct me if I am wrong.
