Tier 2 Sponsor Licence has revoked

Hello,

My current companies Tier 2 Sponsor Licence has revoked and I wanted to find out more about it.

Will I get a letter form HO stating that when I have to leave the country and days ?
Is there any companies who can sponsored tier 2 Visa to an IT contractor ?
I also want to find out what could be reasons that licence got revoked ?

Any other info. and help would be much appreciated.

You cannot contract on Tier 2, working via an intermediary is expressly verboten. If you were contracting on Tier 2 previously then it's obvious why the licence was removed and you might be in a somewhat deeper hole.

I am sorry to hear that.

Do you mind sharing some of the background please ?

I leant from your post that the licence was revoked in Oct 2015 but when was the initial audit conducted by UKV&I ? Did the UKV&I give you 28 days to explain your side of the story ? Normally they suspend the licence, grant 28 days and then decide whether to reinstate/downgrade/revoke ...

Hi,

I think, It was revoked end of January when I was on holiday and got call from my HR department saying that license has got revoked and other things they told me that HO did come for inspection and found some errors in accounts. I think, This was the reason it has got revoked.

I have found other company who can sponsor me.

Thank you for your reply.

I am glad to hear that you have found a new sponsor.

I am also on T2 General, we had an informed audit by the UKV&I compliance officers. They visited our premises in Oct 2015 and suspended our licence in Jan 2016. We have filed our reply in Feb so lets see what happens now ...

I am in a pretty bad situation, my Tier 2 extension is due in May and the Ilr is due in August on 10 years route.
