Total Absences for Tier 1 General

Hi Experts,

I am going to apply for ILR on September this year.
I have calculated the total my absences from UK in the last 5 years. When i sum up all my absences it came to 205 days.

I read the ILR guidelines document and its written that
"No more than 180 days in five, two, three or four consecutive 12 months period, preceding the date of the ILR application."

Does it mean that cannot be absent 180 days in each of the Year or total in last 5 years?

It is no more than 180 days FOR EACH 12 month cycle.
